Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Shipping rates for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout.

La Luz Boutique ships from Georgia, USA.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
What items are final sale?

Beauty and self-care items
Swimwear or intimates, if applicable
What condition must my return be in?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, or damage may not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at contact@laluzboutique.comwith your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send next steps.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@laluzboutique with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
How do I know what size to order?

Will you restock sold out items?
Some styles may be restocked, but many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.
Do you have a physical store?
La Luz Boutique is available online, and a curated selection may also be available in-person at Painted Tree Boutiques in Roswell, Georgia.
