We want you to love every piece you bring into your wardrobe. If it’s not the perfect fit, here’s how our return process works:
📌 Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit only.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card once your return is processed.
🚫 Final Sale Items
FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL items marked SALE, swimsuits, body items (including bodysuits and sticky bras), jewelry, and all accessories (hats, belts, scarves, purses, candles, etc.) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@laluzboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and shipping details.
- Package your item securely and ship it back using a trackable service.
*Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.* - Once received and inspected, you’ll receive your store credit gift card via email.
⏳ Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your store credit issued.
